As a Pennsylvania native, Dr. David Gregory is excited to serve the Lancaster and Lebanon community. He finished his orthopedic surgery residency at Michigan State University and McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mount Clemens. Following that, he completed an outpatient hip and knee replacement fellowship at Nano Clinic in Arroyo Grande, California, and then a second fellowship in adult reconstruction at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

Bringing his expertise to our team, Dr. Gregory strives to deliver exceptional orthopedic care focused on each patient’s individual needs and goals. He aims to help each patient overcome their limitations and restore their function to enhance their quality of life.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Gregory enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, surfing, and supporting the Eagles and Phillies.
