Our sports medicine doctors at Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster offer comprehensive medical care for professional, student, and weekend athletes in Lancaster, Lebanon, Manheim, Willow Street, Ephrata, and throughout central Pennsylvania. We have developed the Athlete and Parent’s Online Guide to Sports Medicine. Our online guide is designed to be a helpful resource for parents and athletes to learn about sports injury treatment, how to avoid and prevent injury, recommendations for enhancing athletic performance, and new procedures and programs offered at Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster.

As the area’s most comprehensive sports medicine program, our doctors are all specialty-trained in sports medicine, and we have athletic trainers on-site along with urgent care.
