- Infection prevention: We mandate preoperative showers and an antibiotics protocol, day-of-surgery antibiotics, and unique dressings for incisions.
- Committed nurse navigators: Our navigator team guides patients throughout the program and forward—nurses are available to answer questions or concerns, provide a preoperative teaching session, and help make a safe discharge plan.
- Collaborative decision-making: Our focus is helping patients understand their options and offering active partnerships in their care.
